I finally saw Paul when I sprained my shoulder lifting weights while in poor posture.  I probably should have had treatments years ago for other injuries but always chose to tough it out.  What a mistake that was!  I had two treatments on my sore shoulder – Bowen Technique and a Sports Massage.  Not only did it fix the shoulder but also relaxed my hunched up posture due to years of sitting in front of a computer.  I left the treatment feeling like I was walking in my 18 year old body!  Happy Days 🙂  JD (55), Ipplepen
